Team YOLO Board Paddle Experience Apr 18 and 19

  • Paddling for Fitness training techniques with Leah

  • Fundamentals of stroke technique with Westy

  • CrossSUP® training techniques with Christian

  • This one day paddle experience includes both land and water based and water instruction.

  • Session I: Paddling for Fitness with Leah Secreast, YOLO ambassador and V.P. of Fitness Onboard™
    We will explore the benefits of paddling as it pertains to fitness, what makes it a superior full body workout, and it's cross training perks. We will take our new found knowledge to the water for a dynamic workout.

  • Session I: Stroke Technique Fundamentals with Westy, YOLO team rider and owner of Chicago Paddle Company
    Westy will break down the 4 aspects of the forward stroke through land based instruction and then we will test our knowledge of the SUP stroke out on the water

  • Session III: CrossSUP® Training techniques with Christian, YOLO team rider and founder of CrossSUP®
    Christian will cover the basics of the CrossSUP® training program and take you through a land based low impact workout designed to strenthen your core, overall strength, agility, and endurance.

  • Price includes water and snacks. We recommend bringing lunch.
